Yesterday morning, I made chicken tagine on the little hot plate. It worked remarkably well, as long as you have plenty of time. After lunch, we headed to town. Ray had some end-of-semester stuff to take care of. And I had a massage and facial that Janna had given me. Becky and Deb were there too. It was really great, including brushes and hot stones! Then we went back to Janna's, where we were met by the men and ate the chicken tagine, with some couscous and spinach salad that Janna whipped up.
